20 years ago the Krasnoyarsk scientist Antonov V.M., created the technology of making bread from whole grains, brought to the stage of germination. The milling phase is completely absent. Thanks to this technology, the vitality of the germinal organism is awakened in the grain, and enzymes are activated. In this bread, practically all substances are contained in the whole grain, including dietary fiber, the membrane, embryo, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and protein are preserved in their natural form. The content of dietary fiber in the bread "Tonus" is 22%. This is 20 times more than in ordinary bread. At the same time, the structure and dimensions of the fibers are such that they help cleanse the gastrointestinal tract, internal organs and blood. Dietary fiber absorbs into itself toxic substances even before their impact on the walls of the stomach, intestines, liver, as well as capillaries of the circulatory system. This ensures constant purity of internal organs and body systems. The food substances of the bread "Tonus" allow to remove already deposited slag formations. "Tonus" contains a large amount of  B-vitamins, vitamin E, PP and amino acids, folic acid, pantothenic acid, inositol, enzymes, and a whole range of biologically active substances formed during the germination of the grain. "Tonus" is very rich in magnesium, zinc. selenium, iron, manganese, copper, cobalt, silicon, and in easily digestible form. It is noted that "Tonus" has a detoxification effect. The bread "Tonus" is recommended for intake by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Diabetes Center of Bulgaria as a health product for all layers of the population, including for school meals, as well as for diabetic and dietary nutrition. The consumption of this bread is recommended for elderly people with atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, biliary dyskinesia and colon, and for all segments of the population. Including school children and preschool children, as a curative and prophylactic product. The more the amount of this bread is used, the faster the normalization of metabolism and the weight loss of people suffering from obesity begins. Therefore, the generally accepted opinion that a lot of bread is harmful, does not apply to the bread "Tonus". The bread "Tonus" was highly appreciated at an international level. It was awarded with the Gold Medal at the World Fair in Plovdiv (Bulgaria), the Highest Award at the International Exhibition "Inter-Eco" in Sofia (Bulgaria), the Gold Medal of the International Exhibition "Prodexpo" and "Russian Food" in Moscow . At the World Exhibition of IBA in Munich (Germany), the bread "Tonus" was admitted as a unique  and unparalleled product in the world. The bread"Tonus" is included in the nomination of "100 best goods of Russia" and the "Book of records of the planet".
